In the event of an error, Agricola Lepore di Lepore Maria Teresa will notify the buyer as soon as possible, allowing the order to be confirmed at the correct price or cancelled.
In any case, Agricola Lepore di Lepore Maria Teresa is under no obligation to supply the item sold at the incorrectly indicated lower price.
The prices on the website include VAT and do not include shipping costs. Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes do not affect orders for which an order confirmation has already been sent.

8 Delivery
Agricola Lepore di Lepore Maria Teresa ships to the following geographical areas: Italy, Europe, and the Mediterranean Basin.
Agricola Lepore di Lepore Maria Teresa does not ship to companies that provide domiciliation services.
Delivery takes place within the estimated time frame when the shipping method is selected. Delivery is generally within 2-3 working days of confirmation. If delivery is not possible (two attempts), the order will be sent to the courier's warehouse where it will remain for 7 days. In this case, a notice will specify the location of the order.
If delivery cannot take place for reasons beyond our control, we will assume that you intend to terminate the contract.
As a result of termination, all amounts will be refunded, including delivery costs, excluding any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard method offered, without undue delay and, in any case, within 7 days of the date of termination of the contract.

9 Transfer of Risk
The risks relating to the products will pass to the buyer from the moment of delivery. Ownership of the products is deemed acquired upon receipt of full payment of all amounts due for them, including shipping costs, or upon delivery, if this occurs later.
10 Warranty and Commercial Conformity
The seller is responsible for any defects in the products offered on the site, including non-conformity of the items with the products ordered, pursuant to the provisions of Italian law.
If the buyer has entered into the contract as a consumer, i.e. any natural person acting on the site for purposes other than their business or professional activity, this warranty is valid provided that the defect occurs within 24 months of the date of delivery of the products; that the buyer submits a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect was recognized by the buyer; and that the online return form is correctly completed.
In the event of non-conformity, the purchaser who entered into the contract as a consumer will have the right to have the products brought into conformity free of charge, through repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract for the disputed goods and a subsequent refund of the price. All return costs for defective products will be borne by the seller.
11 Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to Art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, starting from the date of receipt of the products. In the case of multiple purchases made by the purchaser in a single order and delivered separately, the 30-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product. Buyers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must notify Agricola Lepore di Lepore Maria Teresa via an explicit declaration, which can be sent by registered mail with return receipt or by accessing the "How to Make a Return" section on the Agricola Lepore di Lepore Maria Teresa website and creating a return request. Buyers must also exercise their right of withdrawal by sending any explicit declaration containing their decision to withdraw from the contract, or alternatively submitting the standard withdrawal form, pursuant to Annex I, Part B, of Legislative Decree 21/2014 (not mandatory).

The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts, and with the accompanying tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will refund the amount of the returned products within a maximum of 5 days, including any shipping costs. As provided for by Article 56, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the site may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or until the buyer demonstrates that they have returned the goods. The site will process the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment by bank transfer, and if the buyer intends to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide their bank details: IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC, which are necessary for the refund.
12 Data Processing
The buyer's data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the specific section containing the information pursuant to EU Regulation on data protection no. 2016/679
13 Safeguard Clause
Should any clause of these General Conditions of Sale be invalid for any reason, this shall in no way affect the validity and compliance with the other provisions contained in these General Conditions of Sale.

16 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law, without prejudice to any other mandatory prevailing law of the country of habitual residence of the purchaser. Consequently, the interpretation, execution, and termination of the General Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law, and any disputes inherent and/or arising therefrom shall be resolved exclusively by the Italian judicial authorities. In particular, if the purchaser is a Consumer, any disputes shall be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the purchaser in accordance with the applicable law.
